Hoyas #18/#19

New polls released today…AP ranks Georgetown #18, while the coaches have our boys one spot lower.  Apparently neither AP writers nor the coaches watched the Temple game.  Hoya opponents are scattered throughout the rankings: Villanova at #4 in both polls; Duke at #7 in both; West Virginia at #8 in both; Syracuse at #10/#9; Butler at #12/#10; Connecticut at #13;  Washington at #14; Louisville at #16; and Notre Dame at #23/NR.  Early season non-conference play suggests that reports of the Big East’s demise were greatly overstated.
